Gas safety: The most important aspect of safety is that in the event of a problem with a wall mounted boiler, the gas must be immediately cut off. High end wall mounted boilers can cut off the gas valve within 0.1 seconds, ensuring no accidents occur. Before automatic ignition, the boiler starts the pre blowing program to prevent residual gases in the combustion chamber from detonating inside the furnace.
The wall mounted boiler has a wind pressure protection device: if there is a blockage in the flue or backflow, the flame will automatically extinguish; After blockage removal or changes in wind direction or wind force, the machine will automatically start.
The temperature control system monitors the room temperature at all times. When the set temperature is reached, the flame goes out, the fan stops, and the water pump runs normally. When the temperature drops, the wall mounted boiler will automatically start, and the fan and water pump will run again. When the heating water temperature reaches the maximum set temperature, the temperature limit protection is activated and the machine stops working. Limit the temperature of hot water to no more than 60 ℃ to avoid scaling in the water system and possible burns caused by high-temperature hot water.
The machine stops working during a power outage; When the power is reconnected, the wall mounted boiler will auto matically resume normal operation. When the gas stops, the machine will also automatically stop working and be in a shutdown state; However, it cannot be automatically restored after receiving gas and needs to be manually restored to work normally again. This is mainly due to rigorous considerations for gas safety.
