From February 27th to March 2nd, the Guangdong Gas Heating and Water Heater Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting and 2017 Group Meeting were successfully held in Tai'an, Shandong. Quality Commitment Letter for Providing Clean Heating Services in Rural Areas of Shandong Province

Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development:

The rural clean heating work being promoted in Shandong Province benefits the country and the people. As a member enterprise and related enterprise of Guangdong Province's gas heating and hot water boilers (wall mounted boilers), if we are fortunate enough to serve the clean heating work in Shandong Province, we will make the following commitments in terms of products and after-sales service:

1、 Ensure that the gas heating water heater provided is brand new, unused, and meets the quality, specifications, and performance requirements of national standards in all aspects. Provide a quality certificate (factory inspection report or third-party inspection report) upon delivery.

2、 During the installation and commissioning process of our gas heating water heater before use, we will assign a dedicated person to provide on-site guidance and provide free relevant training to the personnel designated by the user.

3、 We guarantee that the gas heating water heater provided is consistent with the quality, specifications, and performance specified in the contract.

4、 The gas heating water heater we delivered cannot meet the requirements due to product quality issues during the initial use process. We will provide repair and replacement services.

5、 During the warranty period, we will respond to the fault warranty within 1 hour of receiving notification from the user, and our technical service personnel will arrive on site within 24 hours.
